This notice covers the Pruva website. The Pruva app has its own terms and privacy policy, which you accept in the app.

What we collect. If you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. If you use the partner form, we collect your name, work email, company name, company website, and your message. If you email us, we have whatever you send. When you visit the site, our website host receives your IP address and browser details, and when you submit a form, so does Loops. Our emails use standard tracking that tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
Why. To email you about Pruva, to reply to you, and to decide who to invite when we open access.
Who we share it with. Loops, which sends our email. Our website host. Our email provider, which hosts the inboxes where your messages and replies arrive. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, but only if you accept cookies and analytics. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need it. Partner form submissions and email you send us, until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to reply to you or follow up.
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@getpruva.com. Change your cookie choice using the link in the footer.
