04. Who it's for
- Buyer: verifies the tickets before paying someone they've never met.
- Seller: sends a link so buyers can see the tickets pass before they pay.

We call it the Verification Fee because that's what you're paying for.

What happens to my money?
At checkout, your card is authorized for the total shown before you pay. Nothing is collected yet. If the tickets pass verification, the payment goes through and the seller gets paid through Stripe. If they don't pass, the authorization is canceled and you aren't charged anything. You may see two pending amounts: one under the seller's name for the tickets, and one for the Verification Fee. If the tickets don't pass, those pending amounts can take a little while to clear, depending on your bank.
What does "verified" mean?
It means the event and the ticket passed verification before any money moved. It's verification, not a promise that a ticket will scan at the door.
What does it cost?
You see the Verification Fee and your full total before you pay.
Is Pruva a marketplace?
No. Pruva doesn't list tickets, match buyers with sellers, or sell tickets. It's verification for a deal you two already found. No listings. No marketplace. Just the verification your deal was missing.
What if the seller goes quiet?
Verification still runs. If the tickets don't pass, the authorization is canceled and you aren't charged.
